I truly love this idea. My husband and I are currently in the process of trying to adopt an 8-yr-old girl who has been being passed around in foster care. I am definitely going to make her a book like this!
Thank you for sharing!

what a great thing to do Yaya. It's so wonderful that you give her a home.

And what a great opportunity to reshape the events that have transpired in her life. A book like this could help her learn to see the blessings in her challenging experiences.

Peple who adopt older children are my heros!!! I have given this alot of thought but the dh won't go for it. Two kids was plenty for him.
Love the book idea - will share it with my neice.
Tracee, I chose you for an award - I think your blog is amazing. Come on over to collect it, it's pretty and unusual.

Thanks for all the insight
